Return/Cancellation policy

No cancellations, returns, or refunds for Alcoholic Beverages are allowed in the State of California, nor are they allowed to be returned to California when legally shipped to another state.

If there is an error made by Beekeeper Cellars, we will pay to remedy the situation. If the error is not our fault, the cost of repairing, servicing or deleting maybe be the responsibility of the customer.

A restocking fee of 25% and actual shipping cost incurred fee will be subtracted from cancelled orders, refused orders, and all returned orders.

Shipping policy

When possible, orders are packed and shipped within 7 days – unless temperatures do not allow. All orders must be signed for by an adult signature – 21 or over.
Shipping to your work address maybe the best choice for many in California as we ship overnight Tuesday – Friday Delivery.

Out of State orders are sent ground – shipping rates very, but large costs are sometimes unavoidable as Shipping Wine is heavy, requires adult signature and additional fees imposed by FED EX, UPS and other services. It is necessary for you to notify us of you are not going to be available to receive the wine at your declared shipping address.
We can not control delivery times, or delivery options unless they are paid for specifically at additional expense. Please send us an email to let us know of any limits or concerns in shipping to your address – Beekeeperwine@gmail.com

We are not responsible for missed or returned shipments – and additional charges may be incurred.
***We require insurance on all shipments to the value of the merchandise and accept no refunds once the wine is properly sold and shipped.

See www.WineInstitute.org for states that allow for wine shipments – many states do not and we are limited to only shipping direct from California to a very select set of states that allow for direct shipment.
